IFS or Internal Family Systems is a powerfully transformative, evidence-based model of psychotherapy.
Richard Schwartz realized while listening to his patients that the mind is naturally multiple, and that is a good thing.
Our inner parts contain valuable qualities and our essential being knows how to heal.
In IFS all parties are welcome.
IFS is a new empowering paradigm to understand and harmonize the mind and from this internal map we can accompany and heal our exiled parts (younger parts).
