Free pattern making and tailoring course – Ibiza

Have you ever wanted to explore the art of pattern making and tailoring to craft your own unique clothing items? Well, now is your chance! Embracing the serenity of the low season’s arrival on the island, the Consell de Ibiza is pleased to announce a new enrollment period for its pattern making and tailoring courses.

These comprehensive training programs are set to commence from November 13, 2023, and will run through May 2024, taking place in the afternoons.

There are four distinct courses tailored to different skill levels:

1. **Initial Level Course (100 hours):** Tuesdays, 16:00 to 20:00. Limited to a maximum of 10 students.
2. **Advanced Level I Course (50 hours):** Wednesdays, 16:00 to 18:00. Limited to a maximum of 10 students.
3. **Advanced Level II Course (50 hours):** Mondays, 16:00 to 18:00. Limited to a maximum of 10 students.
4. **Advanced Level III Course (50 hours):** Mondays, 18:00 to 20:00. Limited to a maximum of 10 students.

The application window for enrolment is open from October 30 to November 6, 2023, inclusive. And the registration process is straightforward. You can either visit the Citizen Service Office at the Consell de Ibiza, or if you prefer the convenience of your own home, you can complete the process online by visiting the Electronic Headquarters of the Consell de Ibiza.

However, before you apply, please ensure that you review the required documentation, as outlined in the Consell’s official notice board.

Applications will be processed in the order they are received until all available spots are filled. For the advanced courses, individuals holding a lower-level achievement diploma will be given priority. In the event that spaces are exhausted, you will be placed on a waiting list, providing a chance to join should vacancies become available.
