Yin Journey at the Garden of Light: A Deep Dive into Stillness

Embark on a three-hour Yin Journey at the Garden of Light, a serene and introspective session designed to help you start the new year by delving inwards, tuning in, and listening to your inner voice. This practice is aimed at moving beyond the mind and connecting with your body and essence. The session, which takes place in the Temple room at the Garden of Light, involves long and spacious holds that allow for awareness of any resistance or tightness, both physical and mental. The journey incorporates different types of yoga, including elements of devotion, knowledge, right action, and meditation. The session starts at 6:15 p.m. and ends at 9:30 p.m., with doors closing at 6:30 p.m. After the session, participants are invited to stay, share a moment together, and enjoy some chai.
