Ibiza’s Beer Festival and Gourmet Food Fair

The 17th Ibiza Beer Festival and the 2nd Ibiza Gourmet Fair are making their awaited return to the FECOEV fairgrounds on September 20th and 21st, 2024. These sister events promise a feast for the senses, combining a wide range of over 200 international beer varieties with exquisite local and global gastronomy. From 7 PM until 2 AM, guests can indulge in a perfect pairing of Pitiusan culinary delights and a spectacular array of beers, while enjoying an intense weekend filled with vibrant musical performances, engaging showcookings, and delicious dishes served across 15 stands.

The Beer Festival, taking place outdoors, will feature live music with DJs like Javi Box and Jordi Cardona on Friday, and Toni Torres along with Petit and Vázquez from La Movida Ibiza on Saturday. The opening night will also be marked by traditional Ibizan folk dancing with Sa Colla de Sa Bodega and performances by Bárbara Hermosilla and Rubén Rubio from the Ibiza Film School.

The Gourmet Fair, located in the right wing of the fairgrounds, will showcase local businesses like Vila Vins and Jamones Los Andaluces, as well as popular restaurants such as Carpe Diem, La Cava, and Can Mario, among others. Food trucks and a dedicated Sabors Eivissa stand will offer tastings of island produce.

Entry to the fairgrounds is priced at 5 euros, which includes 3 “birris” (the official currency of the Beer Festival, equivalent to 1 euro each), redeemable for beer or food within the venue. This weekend is designed to delight gourmets and beer lovers alike with its rich offerings.
